Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Return Eligibility:



You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to arrange a return. To initiate the return process, please send us an email at info@louieshop.co with your request and order number. We will respond to your email within 24 hours to guide you through the return procedure.

Return Process:

Before issuing a refund, we require you to send back the item(s) in question. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in good condition. Please note that the returned item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original packaging materials, tags, labels, and accessories intact.

 

Refund Method:



In case of a return, Louie Shop does not offer direct refunds. Instead, we provide store credits and coupons. These credits can be used towards future purchases at Louie Shop.

Store Credits and Coupons:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue store credits or coupons equivalent to the amount paid for the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges. You can use these credits or coupons for any future purchase from Louie Shop.

 

Shipping and Handling:


The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred during the return process, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Louie Shop (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).

Exchanges:

Louie Shop does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item(s).

Limitation of Liability:

Louie Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, return, or use of any products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an 25 AED cancellation fee. This is a common carrier fee for package interception. If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping. Some products may be subject to an additional 5% restocking fee. Refund Policy In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 2-7 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated. The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy. If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically. If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer. Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund. Return or exchange of the product If products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within 2-7 business days from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.
